Here you will find clear and detailed answers to the most common queries about the store system, payment methods, and security.

Immediately after registration, we send an activation link to your email (noreply@...). Please check your Inbox or Spam folder and click the link to log in. If you do not receive the link within 5 minutes, please contact support.

The Security PIN is a secondary protection layer (different from your password) consisting of 6 digits. We ask for it when performing sensitive actions on your account, such as changing the main password or recovering the account, to ensure you are the real owner.

If your balance is sufficient, the option "Pay from Wallet (Instant)" will appear on the checkout page. You can top up your balance via the (+) button next to your balance in the top menu and choosing the appropriate payment method (subject to admin approval).

  • Download: The download link is activated in the "My Library" page after the admin reviews and approves the payment receipt.
  • Rating: You can only rate the product after a successful purchase.
  • Refund: Since the products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable after download or activation (see Terms of Use).
